Eyebrow ThreadingThreading has Stood the Test of Time
Eyebrow Threading is an ancient technique of shaping eyebrows using just a cotton thread. The twisting action of the thread traps the hair and gently pulls it out of the follicle. It’s a very safe, sanitary, and nearly painless way of removing unwanted facial hair. Threading is Better & Safer than Waxing Threading is not only less painful than Waxing and Tweezing, but it is also much more precise and effective, giving you perfectly defined eyebrow shape according to your facial features. It also helps makes the hair re-growth slower and finer after regular treatments. Henna paste made by drying and grinding the leaves and stems of the Henna plant and mixing it with hot water and/or natural oil like clove and eucalyptus oil. For centuries people in eastern countries have been using Henna in ritual skin painting, called Mehndi, for birth and marriage celebrations. Henna is Temporary... Lets You Flaunt New Tattoos When this moist paste is applied to the skin (like a drawing or writing) and left for few hours, it leaves orange to dark maroon stain on the skin which automatically fades away in 1-3 weeks. The darkness of the color depends on various factors, like your skin, body warmth, and on which body part it was applied. Henna Gives the Color Organically The strong pigment, Lawsone, found in Henna is absorbed into porous surfaces like skin and hair and temporarily stains them, but does not chemically alter the surface permanently. Applying a mixture of lemon juice and sugar over the drying henna design on the skin to remoisten it and wrapping it in plastic or tissue to lock the body heat will make the henna stain darker. After the dried paste is removed, oxidation over the course of 24-72 hours turns it into dark orange to reddish brown color.
